Ive no problem with the divide Ristac, it likely wont change but I cannot comprehend how fans turning on new players at half time in the Fleetwood match is designed to do anything but harm the club. FFS how could anyone expect a 75% new team to gel after two league games and for some now rubbishing Monks appointment is beyond me. Whats next, TTGM with a banner at Tuesdays game wanting Monk out maybe
TBH Ristac, the club's supporters have been divided over one thing or another. I mean back in 70s there was infighting from where you came from in the city. Glory would know more than me about that. But my point is that it's not a new thing and has been happening years before Cellino arrived.
I dont give a **** how often they go or how many season tickets they own, everyone has their own finances to deal with and priorities but dishing out **** at first home game of the season is not acceptable and they are not Leeds supporters in my eyes. PUT TEAM FIRST while attending game otherwise stay at home
I'm not disagreeing with you In another post you compare clubs having poor owners like Hull... The owners of Hull appointed Bruce, they gave him time, he got them promoted, he got them relegated they stuck with him and they got promoted again. Hull are in the premier league. If they are on the bad owners chart Cellino would be off the scale so far down he would be in hell.
I may well be wrong but I am convinced that the man owning ER,TA,and GFH. is a bigger problem than Cellino.
All fine in principle. But without them there is no club. Pay their money and entitled to their opinion. Although I would say I was shocked they turned on the team and not the regime.. Perhaps if someone is dumb enough to buy a season ticket on the basis of the refund hype they arnt the brightest.
It won't. For his match report was pretty much spot on. I would only have added that we didn't have a plan 2 and ran out of gas on the hour.
Im only going to say this once. This ****in ends right now ok Weve just agreed on something and this will not be allowed ever happen again. Are you listening?
Because he bought the club as a marketing tool for his Indian business, that's why he wanted the name change. The fans managed to get the FA to block it and he as refused to invest in the squad in protest. They currently have a first team squad of 13 and no manager.
Love your attitude and the way you write WC..... Regarding the line below, "We all want Leeds to be successful and encouragement is more likely to help than branding them as not good enough before they have had a chance to prove it" I agree with it, and understand what you're saying, however, Monk came in and got rid of players before he even saw'em play or gave'em a chance to prove their worth, some he got rid of are better than some he brought in or kept imo, moves like that are self inflicted nails in coffin. Statements like "I know how to prepare a team for start of season" arn't going to help either, especially after the first 2 games and a penalty shootout win against Fleetwood. I hope he can get us promoted for the team, club and fans sake, my own confidence in him will start to increase again with a few wins, instead of decreasing......
Slight correction, he said he knows how to get a side to 'peak' for the start of the season, if we are at a peak we are in serious trouble.
