Why wouldn't it? Nothing has changed apart from we are even more under prepare than last year and the year before and the squad looks inferior to both previous seasons.
Without a doubt the people on and under the surface are less than desirable, but we are stuck with them. We all want Leeds to be successful and encouragement is more likely to help than branding them as not good enough before they have had a chance to prove it.
Thats because it is Shaks. We have a few masters of copy and paste here. People with thousands of posts, pity in some cases, its the same post every time Similar to twitter actually in a lot of ways
If every fan in the ground and at home let it be known that GFH and Cellino were not welcome I believe he would sell. The problem is fans are divided over him and the situation. Now I'm not saying anyone is right or wrong in supporting Cellino it is all personal opinion but there is an abundance of fans with the attitude "he is the owner we are stuck with him". I watched the Hull game yesterday, their fans are all in it together with their owner out campaign and it seems to be working. Yes we are stuck with Cellino until those believing there is no alternative jump ship. It is though we have all become brainwashed accepting this is all okay. Again I am all for giving this squad and Monk time but it won't happen. Cellino will chop and change again and each time he does finding a new coach becomes a whole lot harder
Fans at the games gobbing off at the team after three games will only make Cellinos job easier re Monk. Maybe those fans should go to a fair instead and ride the merry go round, they seem to enjoy it
Morning Eire. I just feel that until some fresh news comes out of Elland road(like Cellino selling up) then we'll have something new to talk about. At the moment it's the same old crap being spouted out. (and that includes me in that statement)
And when the new owner arrives, all the same ****e will begin again. Next owner will be someone looking to make a profit from their likely 100m investment. How many clubs have got new owners to discover their worse than the previous one. Ill name a handful, but there are many, Hull, Forest, Blackpool. Villa fans already unimpressed with their new lot. Without promotion, which majority of clubs dont achieve, how do you make a profit? Simple, sell best players while searching for a few bargain buys that can also turn a profit in a couple of years. Cellino is just being used as a scapegoat for the mismanagement of the club over the past 13 years
I'm sure there can't be that many supporters who want Cellino at the club. I'm certainly not a fan of his. There were people on here saying what an inspired choice Monk was, now after a few games he's useless. I just get frustrated with how divisive Cellino's presence is with the supporters. If every supporter stayed out of the ground and protested in unity it may work. But it'll never happen.
You need to watch the Hull Game mate.. Many voted with their feet staying away, those that did go had an Allam out protest, banners and shirts were clearly evident but... They cheered their team on and supported the players 100% I agree with you, it is not acceptable to get on the players backs but that's where I'm coming from, fans are divided over who to blame. We're all human, we can't help pointing a finger. Is it Cellino, is it Monk playing favourites, is it players lacking ability, we really have become a little brainwashed with Bates, GFH and Cellino into accepting this is the way it all works.
Exactly mate, either fill the ground, cheer on the team but ALL wear Cellino out shirts and banners or stay away in protest and make the ground empty. At present fans are too divided and after a dozen years of this bollocks we have all come to accept this is the way it is.
I've said this before, but if Monk is such a good coach, why the hell has he played and picked Bamba as captain.
Problem is and with all due respect to occasional supporters (including me in this now) the "gobbing off" started fron south stand lower these now tend to be areas occupied by season ticket holders and the mainstay support that follows the club through thick and thin. Their chant was then taken up by those in the centre of the kop... again the season ticket holders. Lose these people and the club is ****ed.
