Hiw does it remove competition? it’s a competition that teams can win entry to based on performance. Is that not exavrly what the current CL format is?
No it's not because Liverpool aren't it and have to finish 4th to enter. Then there's the fact they will get richer and richer while other clubs find it impossible to compete at all. It becomes fruitless.
Football is not for sale… unless Qatar want to give us **** tonne of money to host a World Cup in 50 degree heat. Or we want to create a new 32 team tournament in middle of a summer break when players should be recovering. or we want to give 50% of tickets for finals to corporate sponsors at 10x the price a normal fan would pay for a ticket.
Thankfully that's as bad as it will get and not worse provided clubs like yours don't get what they want. The clubs wanting the super league should be removed from the Premier league immediately that would be nice.

The ‘super league’ isn’t to replace domestic football. The super league is to replace the UEFA CL. God it’s like talking to a brick wall here
In format, slightly different but the idea is the same. Clubs that do wel in domestic football join to compete against other clubs that do well in their domestic league. They compete for a seperate trophy alongside their domestic league. Not exactly rocket science to understand? You seem to be thinking this is taking x y z clubs out of their own domestic league and putting them all into one big league and they don’t play in English prem anymore. That’s not what it is
