Bottom club Sunderland @ 2nd bottom WBA tomorrow. A draw would be just about perfect. 0-0 even better.

Sunderland will not be relegated this season nor Newcastle. Both will finish higher than Hull City who also will be in the Premier League for the 2014/15 season. Look for other relegation candidates!

Dont be too sure on that one. What is going on off the pitch at both places could well be the main problems both clubs have. In saying that Palace still look dire overall and Cardiff have 3 points more than they shoul have imo. WBA also look dodgy at the moment. The PL looks a like being a great watch at both ends this season.

NB> the next set of fixtures upto the october international break for certain teams are :-

    Sunderland - Wba(a), Liverpool(h), Man Utd(h)
    Wba:- Sunderland(h), Man Utd(a), Arsenal(h)
    Palace- Swansea(h), Southampton(a), Liverpool,
    Villa:- Norwich(a), Man City(h), Hull(a)
    Cardiff:- Tottenham(h), Fulham(a), Newcastle(h)
    Newcastle:- Hull, Everton(a), Cardiff(a).

Exactly. Both the Mackems and Toonies are not happy camps at all.

I remember Man Utd being relegated back in the early 70's from the old first division(PL now) when most said it would not happen. It can and does happen to teams that on paper are too good to go down.

Wow - How **** are Sunderland? WBA singing thank you Di Canio after Sessegnon scored. Di Canio is clueless - long may his reign continue!!

Hilarious. Sunderland are odds on for relegation. Word is that Di Canio has already lost the dressing room.

Looks like Steve Bruce could have started the ball rolling in getting PDiC sacked after he signed Tom Huddlestone.

According to the Guardian newspaper it was Lee Cattermole who started the sunday training ground rebellion against PDiC.

Oh what fun to be a mackem atm.
