Swansea are 6 points off the drop zone and have to go to Sunderland ......... I don't think you're in a position to call other teams poor tbh.
'We’re at home in a great situation – we need to get over the line and make our home ground a fortress.' Sunderland boss Gus Poyet wants his side to make the most of two excellent away performances by pushing on to secure top-flight status. That task starts with the visit of Cardiff this weekend – the first of three home games over the course of the season’s last four fixtures following a draw at Manchester City and the victory at Chelsea. “We have put ourselves in a great situation,” the Uruguayan said. “We have the last four games and three at home with an opportunity, if we win those games, to be safe. “We kept believing and that has made the last seven days very special. “[To get the] first win after the cup final was important, and that first special performance [against Manchester City].” Poyet’s men took a point from a 2-2 draw at the Cardiff City Stadium back in December and are just a point behind the Welsh club in the Barclays Premier League table. Four points from visits to the Etihad Stadium and Stamford Bridge have given the Black Cats a real shot in the arm, with Connor Wickham helping to lead the way with three goals over that span. And the Uruguayan wants his side at their absolute maximum on Sunday, where a win would be another huge boost. “One action can define a game and decide one way or the other,” Poyet said. “The minimum is to give everything. That’s what the supporters want and what we want from the players.” He added: “Big games can be at the top or the bottom. This is what football is all about. “We need to be ready for anything. We’re at home in a great situation – we need to get over the line and make our home ground a fortress.”
I prefer to look at it this way smug. Take each game on it's own merit. Cardiff need to attack, a draw is no good for either of us, they need to attack. Cardiff have shipped more goals on the break than any other team. We score most of our goals on the break despite our new found love of possession football. Goals in this mate I'm taking 3-2 to us. HA WAY!
Ordinarily id say unchanged team here. Gus will know the truth in the colback matter (can he pick him if hes signed for the mags?) Cohld it give him an opportunity to go more attacking in a game we need to win. ----------------Mannone---------------- Vergini------Oshea-----Brown-----Alonso -----------Cattermole--Larsson---------- Johnson---------Borini--------Giaccherini -----------------Wickham----------------

You'll be down next year, and you won't be back, the league's just too big for you without the draw of a Laudrup figure. You are, after all a tiny little pisspot of a club playing in another countries league. Have a nice day though.
Congratulations on gaining safety. You deserve this, enjoy. [nsfw] please log in to view this image [/nsfw]
Sorry to burst your little utopia but we are here to stay, live with it son and try not to lose today...........
a huge concern for me is the pace of cambell through the middle against the lumbering oshea and wes ,its a case of not too high up the pitch to allow cambell to run into it but then again not to deep its a difficult one,is it true noone is injured if so thats good as he had a stormer in the away game.
let every man, woman, child, dog and ghost with SAFC at their hearts, roar like lions for the lads today....Bring it on!!!!!!
