you have now destroyed us but here is my take on the game

1.we took the lead and then sunderland level
2.we become nurvous and mess up like all season then
3.sunderland score again game over no way back the pen (i didnt think it was but it made no difference)
4.then its a horror show and in the bottom 3 for us again

Cheers. Great result, but another 3 on the injured list and no strikers left! :( Looks like we'll be playing midfileders in striker roles until the end of the season, but I think we have enough points to avoid the dreaded drop.

No 1 on Steve Bruces shopping list in the summer?....2 strikers!

After todays performance, definately Sess. Ricco will play the supporting role :)

<laugh> ......and a point for you guys too. Think we're both relatively safe now. It's going to be an interesting last 4 matches for us with no strikers left!

Either Sess & Muntari or Sess & Ricco (if fit) Muntari has played as a forward in the past and has a decent footballing head so should be OK.

Yeah it will be Sess. He is captain of his National team, where he plays as a striker.

As for injuries, we'll see! Brucie seems to be a mix of not knowing what's going on, as in the Gordon situation, and clever, tactical overcautiousness. I wouldn't be surprised to see Danny or Asa or both at Fulham.

Very glad for Sess to get off the mark, tho. I think he will bed down well, especially in an advanced position in the English game. Leave the engine room stuff to Catts and Jordan, let's get him running at defences with pace, inventiveness and courage.
