    never liked early hoof offs but this is disgusting, don't mind southampton but that is a horrible time for them.

    Same. Spent 18 months or so living/working in Portsmouth and had to do the drive a couple of times with a van load of furniture

    Did something similar when I moved home. Left about 5am to get North of the M25 before rush hour.....

    Was just on about this with one of the lads the other day. They used to love a Saturday tea time / Monday night rescheduling away to Palace.

    Terrible for anyone travelling any distance but actually suits me. I start work at 6 on a Saturday and have to leave 3pm kick offs early to beat the traffic. Early kick offs are the rare times I get to see the whole game and don't have to fret about getting home on time to log on.

    I can't stand the early kick-offs, ****e for travelling fans, both home and away.

    Southampton will have to travel up the night before and be up early on match day ...

    ... that should give us an advantage imo but doesn't always seem that way.
