Would have considered driving up if it was a weekend game but not for a midweek evening game. I salute the diehards making the long journey and hope the lads give you something to shout about. However, the likelihood of a strong Sunderland team (probably including Defoe who should have gone to the Euros) against ours who are still getting to know each other points to a fairly comprehensive defeat I am afraid.
