Its just the hope that keeps on killing you. I suppose I should have known better.
Escape now and it would truly be a miracle.

Portsmouth playing Wigan in League 1 just now. Both were in the top tier not so long ago, both won the FA cup not so long ago. Would we beat either of them at this point in time, probably not. However, Wolves were down there not so long ago and they will be back in the Prem next season. A new owner, some investment and get rid of the rubbish and who knows. We are down now so start planning for it

A shot must be on target or do players shoot for the corner flag or the post or the crowd ? mind you our lot fire anywhere and having only one up front makes it harder.

Coleman is looking more and more like a busted flush, after a decent start he is sadly loosing the plot, sticking rigidly to a losing format. Even at 2-1 the points were there for the taking. But again he held back, with four attackers sitting on the bench he has no excuse for sticking to one up front until the last minutes of the game with the score then standing at 1-3 and the game lost.

Ah ok. So if you aim fir the goal and miss then it must be a pass? Cattermole s shot for instance which hit the post. Not on target but, by your thinking, not a shot! Christ you spout some ****e
