I'm almost looking forward to when we're mathematically down and we can all accept it and stop being disappointed.

It's been all over for me for a while but yeah it's nearly official.

Although we'd still beat Newcastle and they know it. Like this if you agree.

We had the perfect storm results wise tonight and couldn't see the match out......why am I not surprised.
Talk about taking it to the edge is it only our club that makes its fans suffer in this way.?

Playing a lone striker with one goal to his credit coupled with a defence that cant keep a clean sheet ever, is a recipe for only one thing, its no surprise that it was Honeyman who scored, a little more faith in some of our other youngsters and who knows.

No I just think some of the players are ****e and some of them are bottlers. It's all about fine margins over the course of a season but when push comes to shove it's about how many points you grind out. They aren't grinders.

Were on the brink of relegation and once again Coleman decides to play one striker thats scored 1 goal in 27 appeareances this season.

Asoros one of the few bright sparks weve had this season and once again Coleman dumps him on the bench to accomodate Fletcher.

We have 3 attacking players on the bench and once again Coleman uses 2 of our subs to alter the back 4.

We have 2 Right footed full backs on the pitch and once again Coleman leaves our only left footed one on the bench and then wastes 1 of 3 subs bringing him on.

LuaLua signs in Jan adding to the wage bill and once again Coleman barely gives him a sniff of any action.

    I fecking give up :headbang:.

Aye it's been a poor effort from Coleman, the players look up for it but he's been way too conservative. We couldn't keep a clean sheet if we played ten defenders so we're going to need to out score the opposition to win, it's not rocket science.

What's Asoro done wrong? He was doing well. If he's not fit to play then why's he on the bench.

Exactly and other than the Derby game whats Fletcher done right?
Im starting to think we promised Boro he'll play every game for us if fit.

Im not totally against Fletcher starting just as long as Asoro plays next to him!

Its irrelevent now anyway our lack of fight combined with Colemans ineptness has taken us down. I cant wait to see us play with one striker again next year against Accrington Stanley.

I actually think a settled team has improved performance. May not agree with the line up but team has generally improved. Could easily have had 3/4 more points in last 4 games. Too little too late like.

Whilst I'm not advocating a change of manager despite CC's limitations I see Mick McCarthy has quit at Ipswich and is up for another job elsewhere.
Would anybody have him back here, does returning ever actually work ?
Or is he too long in the tooth now, personally I'd stick with what we've got and see him build his own team next season and if he gets that wrong then is the time for change.
