Have often wondered how Colback would feel if he helped to have the club he played for so long relegated, I think I need to wonder no more

****e game between two ****e teams. Pretty much as expected. Near enough zero quality from either side. Absolute stunner from Defoe, the only moment of quality. Thought Sunderland deserved to win for all they were poor.

Carver hilariously out of his depth. Actually could have been a very easy game to win given how poor they are, but he is completely inept. The midfield selected was nothing short of shocking. I would love to hear him explain his selection. It was obvious to anybody with a brain that the game needed strength in midfield. We had our best midfield three available to us in Abeid, Colback and Sissoko. We played one at left back, one on the bench and the other in a holding rather than attacking role which he has proved time and again he cannot do. I'd be angry but it was so crazy, I have to laugh. Just sheer stupidity and he is 50% to blame for the defeat. The other 50% falls to Mike for appointing in him and leaving us comically under strength.

The subs? Just shockingly stupid. We have no creativity, no presence in midfield, so he brings on Riviere in some sort of ******ed "whey we need a goal like so I'll stick a striker on like". Not only that but a striker who is a guy who is the french version of Altidore. Young Armstrong showed more in a few minutes than a Gouf has in a season and a half.

The club is ****ed as we all know. What the likes of Aarons, Janmaat, Abeid must be thinking now. I'd be asking for a transfer ASAP.

I will say well done to Jonas who gave his all for the cause. Actually managed to pass to his teammates on occasion. The rest were ****e. Perez so poor it was unreal. I struggle to blame the players though. When you have a midfield three of Sissoko, Gouf and Jonas, as well as picking Shameobi, you've got no hope.

If he'd have picked Krul, Anita, Raylor, Janmaat, Willo, Abeid, Colcback, Sissoko, Jonas, Cabella, Perez - we win that game. After 60mins, bring on Obertan and Armstrong for Perez and Jonas. Its not even complicated - we don't have enough players for it to be <laugh>

The apathy regarding the defeat from all is telling.

Reading some of the ******ed comments on twitter and the Chron about Sissoko being awful and there was me thinking he has been one of the best players for us this season. Then all this stuff regarding Jonas and always giving '110 percent'. Now look I'm happy for him beating Cancer but please don't have this revisionist history of Jonas being some sort of world beater. I'm remember him never beating a man, couldn't cross, couldn't run and generally being utterly ****ing awful long, long before his illness.

It just makes me laugh out of all the players alot of our fans pick on him. You can only carry ****ing **** for so long and he can only perform some miracles.

In January our hierarchy decided we didn't need to bring anybody in and that we were fine with being dangerously short of first team defenders and attackers on our books.

In January Sunderland realised that they desperately needed a goalscorer as Altidore and Fletcher had been **** - so they brought in Defoe.

We lost our manager (in my opinion a far better manager than most of our fans gave him credit for) and replaced him with John Carver who has shown no evidence of being a good football manager at any point in his managerial career.

Sunderland got rid of their manager and replaced him with a manager who has experience of putting together winning teams and has experience of turning teams around.

The surprise isn't that we got beat for the fifth time in a row. The surprise is that we only got beat 1-0.

    We deserved what we got.
    **** all.

I see the sackpardew.com folk are back with a new campaign aimed at getting Ashley out now.

I praise them for doing something but fear it will be ineffective and potentially heap more crap on the image, to outsiders of our fan base.

    Time will tell.

On the match, absolute horrendous watch. Sunderland deserved to win, and the goal was top notch, but how either set of supporters can be happy having watched that absolute ****, no intelligent being will ever fathom. Disgraceful, particularly the lethargic, abysmal pound-stretcher team I support. Seriously, more and more are coming to the realisation I came to the season we almost got relegated again, watching Newcastle has absolutely no incentive for the fans now. It's not fun watching a team play half a season, sell off their best players, go seasons upon seasons without spending to repair the damage, and then finally cough up a fraction of the incoming on worthless ****s who would be lucky to get a game in League 2.

Sunderland, for their part, played with intensity, even if they proved the only quality they possess is a 15ft goalkeeper who only needs to get fat to be the world's best, and old man Defoe, who I tipped to score against us as soon as he signed (so why the hell can't our manager figure out he should be man-marked?!?!). Same exact tactics as each of the 4 previous consecutive victories (so let's not all grovel before the Dick like the Mackems), and we still haven't figured out that we just need to pack the midfield with people who can pass between themselves, rather than puny dribblers who can't pass or cross to save themselves, and don't you dare ask one of these 6.2ft + behemoths to head the ball unless you've committed to the idea of suicide by laughter...

While Paolo's tactics were again executed with ease, it must be said, Sunderland themselves were an embarrassment who played their part in another shambolic episode of The North East Formerly Had Talent, which makes the residents of Geordie Shore look like Harvard Graduates. However, the most stinging, savage and specific abuse must be hurled in the direction of every single player wearing grey (a kit more exciting than the insipid epsilon minors walking around with the shared face of a brat), the manager, and the owner.

The owner - Financial policy is the ultimate root cause of this uncompetitive pile of ****e we're forced to clap at.
The Manager - I know some of you won't say it, some of you won't like it, but Gutierrez is ****e. He was ****e long before his testical cancer, I hasten to add, so let's not pretend like this is his testimonial (no pun intended). That's what Carver and Ashley want, they want people to turn up to clap the story, rather than the player, the player who has lost all dribbling ability (his one good attribute back in the day), the player who still has difficulty passing to a player more than 3 yards away, the player who is bad at tackling, bad at heading, woeful at shooting and pants at crossing. He's like the close-cropped 90 year old dad of former Newcastle winger, Jonas Gutierrez. Shame Senior Gutierrez is still ten times better than Sammyeobi. Jesus H Christ.
The Players - For the record, Gutierrez wasn't our worst player. That's ****ing embarrassing for the players who I'm talking about. Raylor, Sammyeobi, Gouffran, Riviere were beyond dire, Cabella and Perez ineffectual and wasteful, Sissoko gave up playing when they said he'd have to wait until summer to leave, and the others were so pathetic I'd rather have Guthrie and Gosling back.... Come on Danny's, all is forgiven!!!!!

To sum-up, I now know how uncomfortable it must be for a Mackem to walk in on their mum having sex with their brother #affair #embarrassed #cheatedon #theywillneedsixfingerstocounttheirconsecutivewinssoon

It's kinda simple. Either there's an incredible change of direction in the Summer regarding investment and the manager, or we go down next season. We're flirting with it again this year, the second year in 3. If we go with crocks, cheap imports and Carver, relegation is certain.
