    Good post mate.

I agree that Winchester looked out of place behind Wyke, it's a specialist position and O'Brien suits it best imo. Maguire loses concentration and Gooch needs to get nastier and hesitate a fraction less.

Agree about Burge although I think he's been decent enough all season ...

... a settled defence would help him though.

Fair point mate, he does have ability though and wasn't he doing well against premier league teams at one point in the distant past? I think he has stalled a bit since his bad form last season but for my money he's got the potential to do really well under Johnson if you look at what he's done with, imo, worse footballers.

You seem like the type of person who boos his own players if they misplace a pass, and calls every player worse than ****e if they have one off day.

We're not in the Prem anymore, fyi.

He's pulled the manager, and most of the players, to pieces ...

... then, when they prove him wrong, slates other posters and blame them.

He'll eventually back himself into a corner like all these jokers do, then vanish.

We are all entitled to our opinions, this a forum and aren’t always going to agree on things, we just want what’s best for the club. I’ve actually seen posters on here recently criticising Kevin Phillips. I didn’t agree with it, but I respect that’s It’s their opinion on him and they are entitled to that.

That's nonsense, you're the worst poster for slagging people off for their opinions ...

... then acting the innocent as you're doing now.

I said after the Accrington game that O'Nien at centre back has run its course and a few disagreed. Was just wondering if people had changed their views on this after yesterday’s performance. Don’t get me wrong he’s been great there, but Bailey needs to go straight back in there for me. Happy for Luke to be pushed into midfield or at right back.

I hope so too mate, he can be all you say, and hes one of ours but he does look a shadow of his former self LJ seems to like him so we will see how it goes, he is not the only one who has to up his game I agree, and if LJ can bring it out of him, and others its a massive win win.

I think with Luke it is fatigue more than anything, even Sando was slightly under par and he had had a rest day when Luke was performing miracles at Wembley, and these levels are not easy to maintain.
I disagree with your opinion of Lincoln , we have no right to think we can beat them at all, I think they are on a par with us atm and they have a very good manager who knows what he is doing, it was not coincidence that they attacked us from out wide, left and right yesterday, with a couple of quick teenage loanees and they almost won the game. That's twice now we have failed to beat them over 90 mins., so credit where its due. On another tack, I personally like your posts, a bit blunt maybe, but not aggressive imo., some will agree others wont, but thats what a football forum is all about, as you so rightly say. <ok>

Great post as usual mate. I just try and look at things from a non biased perspective. I think it’s good to have different opinions, this forum would be pretty boring if everyone agreed on everything.

    Doesn't everyone.

There are always various opinions on here ...

... you're the only person I've seen who can disagree with himself tbh.

The Lincoln manager, what an absolute knacker <laugh>

“And the reality is, we were up against 14 men today, not 11. The officials were hopeless.

“Lewis Montsma got absolutely nailed in the face by Charlie Wyke. It was as clear as day."

It was clear as day that Montsma accidentally caught Wyke's knee as the players came down ...

... it really couldn't have been any clearer <doh>

If I was Wyke I'd be picking the phone up and ringing the little rat faced weirdo.

That’s just a pathetic statement to make tbh. Embarrassing when these people know the footage is recorded and people can actually see what happened and then he says this anyways. Ref was poor all round, but only one side suffered from incorrect game changing decisions, and it wasn’t Lincoln.
