You cant win every game mate, avoiding defeat was priority really considering they are a place below us.
You seem like a really happy go lucky person you, i bet you're friends and family love socialising with you :emoticon-0138-think.

That week's rest will make a massive difference.

We've been battered with injuries and only had a few days between each game.

I'm amazed we've managed such impressive results tbh.

He trots out the same infantile routine every week.

    Says something idiotic.

    Gets criticised.

    Plays the victim.

Waits a week and says he's been slated just for having an opinion.

    Repeat.

Bristol Rovers will be an interesting game in a week's time ...

... we'll have half an outfield team back from injury.

Johnson will have those, plus our entire bench to choose from.

In theory we could play an entirely different team and they wouldn't look out of place.

think the draw was a good result if honest, it may be our 'blip' with any luck now we have a week off.

...and the mags end the day in style, shame really as could signal the end for bruce, although the last two times they have changed manager this late they have still gone down.

100% this... going top changes the whole perspective for the players, I'd feel more comfortable if they were chasing until at lest the last couple of games.

A decent point on the whole.

We looked leggy last 20 and they had ridiculous pace on the break, constantly firing balls into the channels. Always a bti frustrating to draw from a winning position but when you consider results elsewhere, the away form of Lincoln and the fact nobody gained on us - its a canny point.

A weeks rest will be so, so welcome. We go again next Saturday.

On the contrary positive constructive mentality
As opposed to the negative attention seeking mentality of some people

I like Winchester, Gooch and Maguire ...

... but none of them support Wyke as well as O'Brien.

He was a big miss today in my opinion, Stewart didn't make the difference when he came on.

Surprised nobody else has picked up on this yet. I think when he is fit Gucchi or Maguire will be back on the bench.

As a defender I'd much rather mark anyone of those before O'Brien.

Was really surprised that LJ didn't look at Diamond's performance against Lincoln down there and start with him instead of Gooch. Agree with other posters that we needed a more mobile midfield today, so I personally wouldn't have started Leadbitter.

Still no damage done today, and we'll get back on the winning trail next week.

I get why people don't rate Gooch highly, I'd like to think his finish in the cup final bought him some status and I like him but he is a bit inconsistent.

If you were to put together a compilation of his best moments you'd have some quality material to work with. I think his mentality is strong and he's got a bit of needle which I like. He's not been in the team for long under Johnson and there's no reason to think that he can't improve like everyone else has.

    That's a good analogy mate.

There's more planes to replace the knackered one's in the weeks ahead, and the pilots have a chance to get some well earned rest before winning the final battle.

Jones is twice the player of him. The sooner he’s back in place off Gooch the better.
