Best game of the season by a mile, Seri cost us 1 possibly 2 goals today, I don’t care what anyone says when they start saying he’s better than Hudds was for us, they’re like night & day. Hudds could pick a pass, he could weight the ball almost perfectly, Seri, while he does do some nice little passes, he can’t place a long ball, his through balls are so tight that I’d say 40-50% of them get cut out easily, which then leads to the opposition having an attack on him & probably 2 defenders.
The game today though showed how an attacking team is better to play against than a defending team like Rotherham, but we really should have got at them more.
The defence was creaking from our silly constant playing out from the keeper, get the ball back to Darlow & start again, yes do it from time to time, but not every ****ing time.
I’m not sure if it’s the position of how I watch games, but sometimes the players are just too quick to pass back when there’s players in open space.
Until we got the penalty, I was thinking I would be coming on here to say, “well, Acun’s got his wish, a 4-3 defeat instead of a draw,” but the equaliser was well deserved. Hopefully Monday will be a belter too.
Done whinging now, get ready for work.

    Great game
For the first 15 mins we looked like we could take them apart. Well worked first goal, I’ll have to watch it again but I think we gave them the next two….in fact maybe all their goals.
Seri looked a baller although some have said he gave them their goals so I’ll watch it again.
Whilst it was a great game rosie ball caused us problems

Just got sat in the Broad Chare in Newcastle for a few pints and a bite to eat after leaving the stadium of light . That game will go down in my top five ever away games an amazingly open game proper end to end stuff and the away end bouncing with everyone in fine voice . That finish with the last kick of the game was one to be remembered. We met my grandson Tommy at the game for only his second away city match , his first been Rotherham he seems to think Coty score four every away game .

Great game, really enjoyed enjoyed it.

Looking at Millwall they’ve nearly played the same team all season, we’ve no luck with injuries.

We still need 7-8 players next year.

Well I thought City were outstanding the first 20 and looked like world beaters. It the fine move that culminated in I believe with a shot by Slater and then a save by therir keeper had gone in it would hve been game over. But it was not to be. And then first Seri as he is apt to do was bundled off the ball for Sunderlands first and then that was quickly followed up by a similar one by Traore which led to their second which put a different complexion on things and City no longer looked like world beaters.
But what an exciting game with a.fulfilling finale.

Thought Mcloughln was outstanding throughout. Traore played well and so did Seri regarless of their mistakes. Traore catches the eye with some passes that indicate that he is one step ahead of the opposition that lead to scoring opportunities.

Superb game, great performance. I don’t think we should be too down about the two give-away goals. They were daft, but our first three goals were all sumptuous. Pick of the bunch for me was Sayyadmanesh’s first time hit. To keep it down, get it on target, and react so quickly took a lot of skill. I think there is the making of a great team here.

Begs the question why on earth didn't we set up like that against Rotherham who would not have handled us playing like that in front of a huge crowd. Put a show on at home and people keep coming back.
I'm worried if he has changed his tactics to please his boss though. What does that say about his character?
