Poor shape and no penetration from Sunderland attack Grimsby had the better chances in that half.

A bit of a borefest. We've had a few half chances, mainly through Watmore. Grimsby look to catch us on the break, and after a mistake they got in but it came to nowt.

Same issues for me like, no movement or pace in certain areas of the pitch.

 

Up front how is Grigg and McNulty looking.

Sounds like he's been in the game quite a bit, think he tried to chip the keeper so I'd guess his confidence is still there.

 

Be nice to think he could get back to standard. Even 80% of pre injury he’d boss this league.

Even worst case scenario his pace is gone he's still got more than enough quality for this level.
