Dickman should’ve got the job for last night and if we don’t get a new man in today he should be in charge for Saturday

 

Good post mate, but Taylor (tbh I had never heard of him until the last day or two) has by all accounts been an integral part of the Parky school of incompetence, and endorsed it wholeheartedly with a team selection that mirrored his mentor's in every respect. With that one team selection, he brutally killed off the optimism of the previous 24 hours, confirming that he should have been cleared out with the other two useless jerks. I listen to Gabbers as well, and these last few nights he has been all over the place, saying two things at once in his defence of the indefensible. A week or two ago he was openly criticising players and I think that he has been backtracking for some reason only known to himself.

My thoughts exactly.

 

Andrew Taylor:
“We only had a small amount of time to prepare after a challenging 48 hours,” said the former left-sided defender. “It wasn’t a great spectacle but the players showed good character to get back into the game to get a point.
“The two words I put up on the board in the dressing room were character, which is huge for everyone, and also bravery. The staff have to be, the players have to be. Everyone has to be at a club like this.
“We made changes to get back into the game, with injuries and things, not ideal. We have to be fluid in the process, football is not a fixed game. You have to be ready to change.
“I still believe in this squad, we have a good squad a good mixture of experience, a bit of youth.
“We all have to rise to the challenge. I still believe the players are good enough to achieve the goal of promotion. We are not a million miles away.”

Useful point , thats official, and thats very worrying to say the least.

Theres a young player at the club who scores goals for fun and has scored in his last three games.

I would not go that far , but you got the jist.
I cannot understand the mentality that rules out at least giving these lads like Mitch a chance. It borders on madness,.

 

Well Parkinson said his reasoning behind dropping Mcgeady was to use the young lads. I really can’t thank him enough for his dedication to improving the academy by giving them their chance as promised. I’m sure his brother Taylor has the same mindset. Great to see and almost justifies why @Account Removed was always sticking up for him.
