Fulham will be tough, though they needed a late equaliser to salvage a draw with Bolton today.

Looking forward to Cardiff - hopefully we'll see a good game and not one that descends into a scrappy one. Both sides have misfired a bit recently & I can see Warnock lining up with a back 5.

That is a lot of time out for these players and will really test the squad depth, particularly through Dec & Jan when we will play a lot of games. I think a shape change will be in order for the next few games with Pisano most likely to come back in for Baker. I hadn't heard Fammy was out for 3 months, very timely that MD is back and getting stronger every game.

I am sure I read some Villa fans called Baker sick note and were glad to see him go, I really rate him, so of course I hope this was untrue.

I guess the result yesterday finally answers the doubters, (myself included), about how we would react to a loss.

I said a while back that was the only remaining doubt I had , so time to fess up & admit I was wrong & SL was right.

I don't like to build my hopes up too much , as it hurts too much when things then go tits up , but ..... if we can carry this form up , no not even going to say it . Sticking to mid table prediction as surely the wheels will come off the wagon at some point ......won't they??
