Well that's the first time I've seen us win in about 2 years.
We rode our luck a bit but managed to get the points.
We had some good chances in the first half and controlled the game playing some decent football.
The goal was more of a defensive error but McGeady put it away well.
Good to see Watmore and Wyke back. Flanagan was lucky not to see red and I was right in line with the goal and so I'd like to thank the assistant referee for missing the ball cross the line. <cheers>
At least we are back on track with the added bonus of Portsmouth getting beat.

Agreed. Looked like the club was too big for him initially but he’s really growing, becoming a key man.

Luton need to **** off mind.

I was 3 rows from the back on 1/2 way line . If my eyes could see green between white and yellow , the ref and linesman have fair old ballsed up. Still, we’re owed a few

Will they have the strength in depth to last? Only half way through season. Once injuries & suspensions kick in they may just drop away. Hope so anyway.

To be fair to them they deserve to stay it out, such an attacking side.

They deserve every success after the last 10 years, looking more likely us or Pompey will crack.

We’ve not played well for 3 months and still right in it so I’ve all the faith in us staying on, that was a poor result for Pompey today and to be fair they’d have been in trouble Saturday 11 v 11.

I think Luton will finish above them, I still maintain that Barnsley are the biggest threat though.

I have said all along us n Barnsley. They are hard b*stards who will have the odd hiccup but not a bad run. I just cannot see Pompey or Luton seeing it out. I agree that Luton deserve it tho for the style of football they play.

Nice to ride our luck and get some luck. This makes up for losing points on the Power sending off.

I would tend to agree but its good to have a strong bench. Wyke looked a handful when he came on.

Right i've not seen this mentioned anywhere else, and apologies if I've missed it on here. But no one has mentioned that the scoreboard on top of the North stand wasn't on. Which made for agonising viewing in the south stand with a number trying to estimate the amount of remaining time, with varying degrees of accuracy! For a moment it seemed it would go on forever or at least until Bradford scored, and the alas it was all over. Great result!
