    he's ****ing obsessed with finishing above you's. If it was the other way round (nufc finishing above safc and safc winning the derbies his attitude would be different imo)

    I think he took that first 5-1 defeat really to heart. He's since built up the derby to be more important than anything else at all in the season and it's caused him to look like quite a fool on many occassions, especially when he continues to mention a derby loss in interviews weeks later.

    that's what's wrong i remember supermac (when he was a player) saying both clubs would do **** all until they got over the mentality of being the top dog in the north east and started looking at being top dogs in England

    Thought Stoke, as you'd expect looked really leggy. Shame because that will get the mackems tails up. Got to give them some credit too but I think Stoke will find the game after European week very testing. We always did and all the top teams use their squads to combat it.
