Morning all. Ordered my Sunderland ticket a couple of weeks ago but had a ridiculous faff trying to get hold of it:

I couldn't change my address on the database as I now live in a flat and "/" and "( )" aren't accepted symbols on the online form, so rang Saints but was told to email them instead. Emailed with my change of address but it was sent to the wrong address (my fault as I accidentally typed my street number wrong - got back to them the next day with the correction but it was too late). Turned out the address it was sent to doesn't exist, so cue more liaising with Saints, Royal Mail and the owner of a cafe whose address almost matches the one it was dispatched to. :steam:

No sign of it after almost 2 weeks, so Saints kindly agreed to print a duplicate and hold it on the door for me at Sunderland (cracking customer service from our club). Weirdly, last night it turned up in a handwritten envelope. And, to make things weirder, the address on the envelope was the WRONG one and there was no receipt or anything else inside...

It also looks like half of the ticket has been torn off (image attached) - can someone else who has a ticket for the game confirm if this is the case? Thanks in advance :emoticon-0148-yes:

I'm not going YBPR so haven't a ticket to compare it to, but it looks like the bit that has been separated off, would have indicated it as a Child ticket. It looks ok to me as an adult ticket.

Cheers, flt. Let's hope so - imagine going all that way and not being let in... It does seem a little stumpy compared to most match tickets though, and something has definitely been torn off.

What does YBPR stand for by the way?
