Exactly. You've got to be pretty committed to try and make out Sunderland deserved more from that game, though judging by his posts on their board he seems to have the required chip.

As for the job, interestingly, the current bookies favourite is Di Canio, which makes sense. You need someone crazy and arrogant to want to fill those shoes with 7 games to turn it around.

Again another United-Sunderland connection. Di Canio is a very high risk one, anyway.

Ironic considering the rhetoric about City winning the title last season. Taking the piss and celebrating are not the same thing.

I think you are mistaking free kicks awarded for actual fouls mate...I'm sure the ref awarded you one free kick because one of the ball boys farted!

Sunderland are the worst team in the league and have played dreary football for years. I hope they get relegated.

comn .. the ref was fine .. sure he made some wrong decisions but that went for both sides .. and all referees do as there is no perfect match refereeing.. every decision of a ref can be debatable
to point out to the ref is hilarious .. have to wonder what you had done if he really made more influential decision by awarding us a doggy penalty or disallowing you a perfect goal?

you were not good enough as simple as that, and you lost bcz you played really bad with no guts .. you needed the 3 points, and i expected you to come on us attacking from the first minute just like you did in the 2nd half but you left it too late .. you paid the price for being too negative

I couldn`t be arsed reading 5 pages of posts but what does the SFA (Scotland Football Asc) have to do with anything?
Apologies if this has already been noted.
