Swansea play great football and I'll be happy when your prem status is guaranteed mathematically. Dont know if you would sooner Cardiff beat the drop because it means you miss playing the big Welsh derby matches if as expected they go down, but having two Welsh teams in the prem has been good for your nation's football, although it was the Swans European adventure that truely put Welsh football on the map.
I hope Cardiff go down simply to piss off of the Welsh media, who we all know are ever so slightly biased towards the Capital.
I never bought in to the notion expressed by some that it would be great for Welsh football if Cardiff joined Swansea in the P.L. I felt that the Capital City was already bloated to excess, and that it's ego didn't really need any more fuelling. That opinion has not changed. Whilst they are not yet mathematically down,I have my fingers crossed that they do return whence they came. Were that to happen,it would be Tanfastic.
Man Ccity look pretty sloopy though . Nice step over to let the ball go to another player on the goal
The good news is Sunderland haven't won in 12 games .The better news is the last time Sunderland won , 13 games ago , was against Newcwstle ......away !
Sides picking up single points from draws isn't so much of a problem, it's when they win and shoot up by 3 points that it all gets a bit worrying. Thank god Man City managed to get a second.
Sunderland have some decent players in Adam Johnson, Fabio Borini and Steven Fletcher. I didn't have them down as a relegation-threatened team at the start of the season but Paolo Di Canio didn't quite get the formula right did he..
