Not sure why people were expecting wholesale changes, Dodds made it clear yesterday that we plan 2/3 games in advance so this team and setup was probably planned weeks ago.

Personally the team isn’t set up for a striker so I completely get the logic. Jobe can play more like a false 9.

Until some major changes are made to the system and tweaks to the way of playing (which will likely take a new head coach), then playing Jobe is a good fit for me.

Giving the game a miss today. Just about to pop out to watch my daughter in a show. Caught the first few mins on sky and saw the narrative is all about how awful Speakman and KLD are, so it’s probably just as well until this storm has blown over

fair point haha I was rushing around and pissed off when I seen it now I’ve had time to look at it I’m still not that happy but hopefully the lads have a right crack at it!
I’d of had rusyn starting and pitch personally.

Moggas way would be saying to the midfielders “see him up there occupying the defenders just ignore him all game and do your own thing” :emoticon-0102-bigsm

They’ve got a good midfield should be a good battle still think if we keep Sarmiento quite we get the win.

Can't disagree with any of that mate! I reckon Rusyn has summit about him like and would also prefer him to start. But wouldn't be shocked to see Jobe do well up top.

And how we need an experienced striker! Hard trying not to swear when you've got an 8 year old sitting next to you!

Sky just completely missing the point here. Why is it only seen as acceptable to change coach when you are doing really badly? & maybe our forwards would gain experience if the team Mowbray set up passed them the ****ing ball. Absolute idiots who don't understand anything.

Have you applied for the job mate? Would love to see your theories put into practice.

So despite all the evidence pointing to the system implemented by Mowbray being the problem, you ignore it?
