    I wondered about that.It doesn't happen often....Northumbria's finest can't normally cope.

Think we may see a couple of changes but on the other hand the second half against Sheffield was a stroll in the park compared to some games so who knows.
I still think we should win this one but have a feeling they will try and set up defensively like Cardiff and rely on set plays or counters. first goal will be important and we have started well generally in most games. I think we may end up with another 3-1 and still think there will be a penalty as we attack the box really well at times and teams tend to panic. Would love to see Burstow get one and Aouchiche as he is looking better and better the more I see of him.

I hope he keeps Burstow in. The lad had his best game for us - 2 assists (if you count getting fouled for a pen as an assist) and with some better service might have grabbed a goal.

If Ekwah is fit, might see Pritch drop out and saved for Saturday. Other than that, I'd go same team

    Great thread as always :emoticon-0148-yes:

I think Watford will concede 3 again, with the lads winning 3-1.

If ekwah fit, could also rest Jobe. Neil and pritch play further forward then bring jobe on for pritch after 60 minutes. Easy to forget jobe is only 18 and has been intense start to the season for him (not that he isn't coping)

    Great thread again @RTB.

I have no idea of how TM will set us up and no idea of the scoreline . but I think we will have enough to nick it. Even a 1-0 Id be happy with

I think it’s because the entire population of Newcastle will be in the ground that night so there will be no chance of any fighting <laugh>
Ps Smug has two spare tickets if any mag can’t get in<laugh><laugh><laugh>

Top class again RTB <applause>, you really set the scene perfectly, and the team are more than doing justice to their billing. Once again I like your team selection, and have voted for a win here, but would be very happy with 4 points from the next 6. Two games against such opposition in so short a space of time wont be any walk in the park, but we can do it. OaU

    Tony's Presser:

TM: ‘Watford are a talented side. They’re capable of scoring some great goals and it will be another tough test. Hopefully it will be a really good game.’
TM: ‘Teams set up and try to make life difficult for us. Our job is to find a way to overcome that and find a way through.’
TM: 'Our aim is to improve on last year. We know it’s going to be difficult, but we’ll endeavour to win every match.'

I know it's childish but I find it ridiculously funny ...

    ... it's like a f**k you to anyone who doesn't like him.

Seriously, I like the way he totally ignores reporters trying to lead the conversation.

I may be naive but I believe every word he says.

The owners aren't popular and I don'[t think this'll be well received tbh.

<laugh> I suppose it's the way I was always told at the meal table never to speak with your mouth full...some things get ingrained!:emoticon-0102-bigsm :emoticon-0101-sadsm
Anyway,he can do what he likes as far as I'm concerned....I'm loving every minute of his tenure here so far.

I agree mate, same in our house ...

... I bet Mowbray's the same at home.

Just has a cantankerous sense of humour, which I like <laugh>
