Would 100% take a draw. Opening up with 4 points from 6 is a great start.

Sheff Weds look really good and Rohl has them playing some really attractive stuff. Find it hard to dislike them. I just hope they have an off day on Sunday

Not really happy with them but stuck with it since 1977 so difficult to let it go. Haven't renewed but will select which games to go to this season. East

I’m going for a home win. Still full of new season optimism. I think any other time, I’d probably take a point as I think Sheff Wed are onto good things this year, but I think we’ll come out on the front foot. 3-1 or 3-2 for me.

If we’re to have any chance of play offs we should be beating teams like Sheff Wed at home.

    2-1 the lads.

Why are we frightened of Barry Feckin Bannan?

    2-1 to the lads.

Taking the grandson to this one. He's always wanted to go into the Roker End so I finally gave in and got 2 tickets! Going for a draw for this one, fingers crossed though that we can nick it

Can't wait for Sunday, I think RLB will have us up for this and flying out the blocks to get the crowd up.

Hoping to see some sexy fast attacking football that puts a marker down.

2-0 to the lads, Mayenda and Cirkin

Really looking forward to getting back to the stadium but this will be a really tough game. Sheff Wed improved as the season went on and think they will be right amongst the playoff places this season.

    I'm going 1-1

Sorry for being boring lads but going for a mere 3-2 to the cuddlies. O9 to get the winner in the 95th minute.

Cheers RTB. An expected classic write up from you once again.

I hope we continue with our positive approach as in my opinion this will bear fruit for us as we get more used to it as the games go by. Wish this game was a little later in the season as I think it is a good match up.
For me I give Sheffield a slight edge because their manager has had more time to work with his players but I think man for man we are a better team.
This will be a tight one I think.

Sheff Wed beat one of the main relegation contenders at home. Plymouth only avoided going down by 1 point and were absolutely shocking, Sheff Wed finished one place above them ...

... we won away at a team that finished above us.

We have talent, all the way through the team, and will be going for all three points ...

    ... Ha'way the Lads!!!

Great stuff, should make us look good on Sky and give Reg a good welcome.

Incidentally, as part of the stadium changes, to improve the atmosphere. all seats have been wired so supporters can 'comment' on any remarks from people sitting near them, great idea in my opinion. It means you can buzz anyone for groaning if we don't hoof the ball upfield and chase it, moan after 5 minutes that we don't have a striker or say 'There's never 40,000 in here' when the crowd figure is announced.

You can also shock anyone arriving ten minutes after kick off or after half time, leaving early 'to beat the traffic' or throwing a crisp packet on the ground ...

... well done SAFC, electrocute the f*ckers, it's the only way they'll learn.
