How about venting at a match
- I know it's a novel idea but it might catch on

 

I don't see the issue in people venting here, that's the point of places like this

The reason I left for a while was because I got sick of people being told what they should or shouldn't post

There was about 4 of us moaning about the performance, that was it - valid points were being made

Anyway not going to derail the thread going forward and I'll make sure not to vent in the future

Nobody needs to mention his ability or whatever, he’s as bonafide as they come.

 

It's actually ironic that the people who are going back and digging anyone out who posted negative comments, when we actually were playing really poorly have posted more and detailed the thread themselves!

Not wrong. Hardly posted after the game and just watched people go on and on about people who shouldn't vent or post negative.

Funny enough the comments re rigg, getting Roberts on, going more 4-4-2 and turning them round is exactly what happened and turned the game. Others posted valid comments too. Lots of mine were half time too TBF. That said , as others have said, there is a censoring of posting these days.

 

Plus we were also praising the team and RLB for the changes he made so wasn't like it was all negative

I like to talk to you guys during games to see what people are seeing that I'm maybe not

I don't mind a wee heated debated about it (me and you have had a few over the years) as long as neither over step the mark

Absolutely. I find it easy to debate on here, way watch the game live and comments. Others seem not to be able to do that and then have an issue. Plenty of praise has followed.

 

I think it’s fine to post views, it’s fine when they have credibility.

I feel RTB is quite rightly calling out the phenomenon of the loudest negative voices coming from folk who don’t go to the game and back the club.

I know that doesn’t apply to all on here ( and Scout for example isn’t able to attend) but the big picture are lots of local lads on socials who have e a pop and never back the club, with their voices, their feet or their ticket money.

Same ilk will be singing Mayenda songs and giving it their all after Saturday.

There’s balance. I’ve had plenty of slating moments in the 15 year or so I’ve used both incarnations of 606.

 

Never understand how people can be on their phones at times like this, never mind had the wherewithal to "accidentally" film their reactions/faces.

Completely agree just enjoy the moment and it will be etched in your brain until you die. Don't need a video on my phone to relive it.

I mean it's cool to watch now and I always enjoy seeing lads going mental but it would not be me doing the filming.
