The thing is him and Roberts seem telepathic. I agree with you that it isolates Clarke. Major challenge to solve. I want Pritch in the team, particularly away from home where his off the ball work is class. I would be tempted to play Roberts off the left and Amad off the right for a game or two. I watched Roberts a couple of times for Derby and he played off the left and looked a threat.

I am going to make a small defence of Ince. Maybe because I am an awkward sod, or maybe because I loved him as a player. His team are really struggling at the minute, horrible form, away particularly. He will be feeling pressure from above and the fans I am sure. I can see why he sets up and to get a 0-0. Fair play he nearly does it. I am quite amused by the journo calling it out, fair play. But his talk of to the neutral is a bit daft isnt it, we werent on sky or anything so neutrals watching would be few and far between.

To be honest it is the greatest compliment a coach can pay to us when setting up like they do. It is hard to watch, but doesnt half show what coaches in our league think of us and the threat we carry.

There was a dozen of them in my carriage gobbling off about how we did nothing and they didn't deserve to lose ....

... I must be mellowing cos I didn't engage with them, just sat there all smug.

Thought it was looking like 0-0 today, but I always thought we'd get 1 chance to win it and so it proved. I'm absolutely buzzing to be going to the games with the way we're playing. We'll always get games like today where it might not go for us but we do carry a threat.

That's a good point actually and shows how far we've come in such a short time with seriously young players. Still thought it was funny though :emoticon-0102-bigsm

Spoke with one reading fan in the Hilton afterwards. Said it’s the best they’ve played in ages!! It’d make my eyes bleed if that’s the best I got to see each game

This is kinda what the journalist was trying to ask, did you play like that cause if the threat Sunderland bring or was it how you have been playing? The grim comment got Ince going though!

I would tell the 3 of them just to wander. Nightmare for defenders them 3 swapping around.

Regardless if one of them is left out for Pritch. Just means we have a another game changer on the bench.

this league has surprised me, 5 years ago we could not do it in the championship, now we can just about match any team, we need 5 points to stop up first ! but Reading made it very tough today and were putting themselves about, a play off spot would be amazing, QPR away looks winnable on Tuesday, Tony needs to tinker with the team maybe start Pritchy, O Nein, and the WHU lad, then change again next Sat against B city home. Roberts, Pritchy and Clarke are premier league players and Diallo champions league.

They showed zero ambition apart from lumping balls into the box for old man Carroll. We at least showed some intent and in the 2nd half we had 4 or 5 real chances.

Yeah that’s a good point we should always have a good bench
    Even with injuries

Sure it flashed up 0-3 at HT on the scoreboard at the match. Checked the FT scores and it was 0-0
