Or the keeper heads the ball in a different direction and another player knocks it in. Or… or… There are infinite possibilities as to what might have happened if Patterson stayed on his line.
What a final few minutes Seny Dieng had, and he was pretty good before that, highlight of a long career ?, or at 27 maybe just the start, we will see.
SAFC would like to thank supporters for their continued patience and support. We understand that many supporters have been frustrated by their ticketing experiences in recent weeks and we are working to address these areas of concern as a priority.
It happens ... Swansea 2 Millwall 0 Manning (1'minutes), Obafemi (12'minutes) HT 2-0 Cabango (90'+3minutes og), Wood (90'+5minutes og) FT 2-2 Swansea 2 Millwall 2 Millwall scored with two stoppage-time own goals to claim a remarkable 2-2 draw at Swansea City.
As you say Smug,it happens. Over many years we have been totally dogshit at defending a lead in the last 10 minutes of a match....( I was at Old Trafford in 1964 and things have got no better!) and it's something AN needs to get to grips with and install a different mentality into the players. Also,I haven't seen this Swansea v Millwall match, but I'd bet that from about the 80th minute on Swansea were time wasting. There's a difference between intelligent game management and blatant time wasting and,if added time is kept to a minimum, the chances of this kind of thing happening must be reduced.
I watched QPR v Blackpool last night and the best team won, right to the end, Blackpool, to their credit kept going for the second goal, no running to the corners as QPR stepped up the pressure. It was great to see Boro Albert sent on in the last few minutes have the smirk wiped of his ugly face, was hoping he would be sent off, but you cant have everything.
I checked out their score last night and it did put a smile on my face... tonight is the main event, let's hope we turn up and batter them... hhhaaawwwwaaaaayyyyyyy the lads
