We do lose the ball a lot but I think it's just a symptom of having a high amount of possession on average. We have the 4th highest average possession in the league with 56.1%, behind Southampton, Leicester and Leeds and have the 5th highest pass completion percentage behind the same sides and hull with 82.8% pass completion percentage. But because our possession is higher than most, the amount of misplaced passes within the 17.2% failed pass percentage is higher than most. We have attempted 21265 passes this season and completing 17614, so thats 3651 incomplete passes this season. We also have attempted 851 dribbles past an opponent which is second most in the league, completing 401 which is the most at a success rate of 47.1% which is third best. But because of the high volume of attempted take ons we have been tackled and lost possession 386 times in them situations which is second most in the league. So to answer the question, yes we lose the ball a lot but I think that is down to us having the ball a lot.
Not particularly, pretty mid table for all ball recovery stats but I think that's because we have less opportunities to win it back due to the opposition not having the ball that much
Cheers for that marra really appreciate and interesting,it’s the cheap and unforced loss of possession that is alarming me the most but thanks great stats
