I am someone who doesnt feel the cold too bad. Not keen on the heat mind. Been in Suffolk for a couple of days and it has been -2 or -3. I was out with the dog in shorts and a hoodie. Did have a bobble hat on like. I got some right funny looks from everyone wrapped up in their layers.
I’ve had heated jackets for years and am a big fan of them but my last one wasn’t that good so I’ve just bought a heated body warmer. Used it for the first time new year’s night and it was the best I’ve had, he’d love it I’m sure.
