I think he’s a fabulous tactician. But he’s young and learning his trade. For me he is a little conservative and needs to be in control all the time There are games like today playing poor opponents when you have to open up and allow the players to express themselves. Young team young manager we will get days like this

Just got home from the game and disappointed. We just weren't at the races today. Read through the thread and can i ask those that have posted about Patto and drinking or eating, start a thread naming the establishment and how often he goes rather than post hints at it. Put your cards on the table and say EXACTLY what your hinting at. Today has been a kick in the nuts, but in the ground and online it feels like a lot of people couldn't wait for it to be able to say "told you"

If ELF plays centrally it’ll no doubt be Mayenda or Rigg that gets the nod. It should be Aouchiche though imo.
Why put a deep lying midfield player in against a team like Plymouth , the only thing is to give him minutes that I can think of but the two games v Stoke and again today he has lost the ball and cost us goals . Their are no easy games in the Championship and I think we under estimated Plymouth who had already beaten us earlier in the season , Le Bris has done a good job but I can’t also understand the lavish praise for Mayenda yesterday and leaving him on the bench today I hope he is not going to be a tinker man chopping and changing the players and formations just for the sake of it . Today a win would have cemented our place 3rd in the league retained our confidence as we have some hard fixtures coming up so why change things to much too soon.

I do think he got the set up wrong today. Almost gave them too much respect. By that I mean Mayenda didn’t play from the start for a more defensive set up and they were there for the taking first half. In no way am I saying Le Bris hasn’t had an outstanding season and isn’t a top coach and man, of course he is, but I do think the changes / set up made us clunky.
Personally thought ELF was our worst outfield player today. It was all too easy and he got blasted away with work most of the game. .
I just think we are scraping too many of our wins. Unless it changes, games like today are gonna keep happening. We have many home games against lower mid table teams between now and the end of the season. On paper we should do well. But if we dont learn how to play against these sort of teams at home then we may start struggling.
I think the majority boo due to the disappointment, not due to disgust at the players. I just hope the players realise this.
