With so many talented players, why cant we give anybody a good humping? Tactics, mentality, both?

    cheers again RTB...

completley wrong set up, i thought we looked like we were simply trying to make sure that isidor got a goal with all the attempted passes to him but arygyle's defence were set up to stop that yet we kept trying.

credit to arglye, they came with a plan and simply sat back hoping to get a break and they really should have scored a couple more, we honestly did not look prepared for them to change anything 2nd half and we struggled to cope when they pushed up.

samed, nice game from him, nice and steady...le fee is starting to look like a first half player, drops out 2nd half so i would like to see him in the middle where he prefers to be (apparently) but some nice movememt down the left.

my MotM is Hume, scored and put some great crosses in

Our midfield, do not have the intelligence to get passed a rigid defence, they knew how to block us, and we did not have an answer for their press.
To many side and backward passes.
    We need speed and composure.

Worst game of the season for me . Manager got it wrong today subs were all wrong . sitting back on a lead is our achilles heal this season and its part if his own learning curve . Plymouth deserved the point.

That’s because we started with two 6s and a hard working 8. You’ve got a creative one on the bench, another on the left wing, we’ll add AA and aleksic there too for creativity

    was wrong today

a lot of games has been down to a lack of being clinical and poor finishing. Today was just a really poor performance. Midfield 3 didn’t work and Isidor was too isolated.

That's a bit much like, he got it wrong...and he will know that today...but replacing him would be absolute lunacy.

We are to arrogant and think we deserve to be in Auto promotion when we need to have a good look at ourselves

Hope something positive comes from this. The late goals is beyond a joke. Too frequent to be bad luck.

Rather solve these problems now than have them in the play offs

Really? Wow. He'll hopefully not make the mistake of assuming it's an easy game again...as that's what he's basically saying there.

He'll have seen the reaction from the fans and that should say a lot.

Took the game for granted and was given a big lesson. Last nights result and Mondays fixture means we won’t be punished badly but with boro and Leeds away to come in the next coupe of weeks, this could be a big blow for us.

RLB has admitted we didn’t manage the game properly.

Let’s see if he’s learned or if we do it again the next time we’re ahead.

I fear that conceding late goals will lead to him becoming even more defensive to try and stop conceding late goals. Like a vicious cycle

24 yr old goes drinking with his mates every weekend. What a shocker! Niall Quinn was out in Durham more than I was and I was 20 at the time. No one would care if we'd won. It's bad craic in my opinion.

Don’t mind footballers having a social life mate but in the modern game you can’t be drinking every week

he’s evidently out of shape aswell

Who is too arrogant? Who thinks we deserve to be in the automatics? Promoted teams earn it over 46 games, we deserve to be in a promotion race because we’ve earned that up to this point in the season with a lot of good performances. Time will tell if we end up earning promotion.

That's fair comment, but if it's an issue you'd think it'd be picked up by all the gadgets they have monitoring them in training wouldn't it?

Look at himself also. He sets the tone and controls shape and how we finish games.

I certainly don't think we deserve to be in the automatic positions, I don't know any fans who think that. We have played at times in way to prove we are a good enough match for the top teams however.

We just aren't anywhere consistent enough to say we deserve to be top 2.
