Being kind you have to maybe assume no Poveda is purely a precaution of two games too close together but it’s much more likely he’s got an ouchy

Cracking thread as usual @RTB <applause><applause> and an enjoyable read through as usual.

I can't see anything other than a home win tonight. It might not be pretty, but that's Luton for you.
Might need to be patient, but the goals will come.

I'm going for 3 - 1 to the lads, with isidor to get 2, and Jobe with the other.

Hope Luton go down, and hope we contribute to that.

    Ha'Way me Bonny Lads.

Is it actually an injury with poveda? Not RLB just easing him back? Been careful with players that way this season I’ve found.

Had a sneaky hope Mundle might be on the bench. Great that Doughty’s not playing

I like Mayenda coming on at about 60 minutes, fast and a big lump against defenders tired and leggy from chasing Roberts about and trying to keep up with Wilson.

Don’t forget, Onion gets himself in the way of lots of shots, blocking and deflecting them away from our goal. More than any other of our defenders I think although I may be wrong and I’m sure I’ll be told if so.

No grumbles about the team for me. Neil back where is best is important to our chances this season imo. Ballard is no weak link. Hopefully Jobe brings back that balance to our game, he looked frustrated watching them from the stands last time out.

Disappointing line up but predictable and we still should be able to win this game, we need to at least not loose it. Oau

Are Luton still the physical team they were? Everyone is saying it but other than Morris and the CB’s they’ve got no big players, they’ve lost a fair few.

Fact of the matter is they are ****, they’ve lost 9 of their last 10 away and anything less than 3 points is shocking.
