Absolutely, but the way people went on at him was a joke.

I remember a lot thought Diallo was pretty **** when he first started getting games last season.
Beale has so much to sort out, there were quite a few comments about how on a different day we would have won that game, this is very true however this scenario is starting to become more often than not.
Yes we play possession football, very pleasing on the eye, play on the front foot foot, attack teams from the off. If we are all being honest that's something we haven't been used to and I'm sure this is exactly how we want our young team to play.
The problem at the minute it is becoming INEFFECTIVE, it's not really working. We were different class against Leeds because we had to change our style.
We need to be able to go around things in a different way. Yesterday we were by far the better team and as crazy as this may sound Coventry were quite comfortable.
They, like many other teams have worked out how to play against us.
I've never been one for slating the club for not bringing in an experienced striker, one it costs a lot of money, two there's no guarantee they will be successful( Grigg).
However we've got 4 strikers on the books surely 1 if not 2 are worthy of a try over a number of games, yes they aren't Ross Stewart but Rusyn looks strong and fast and could possibly pull centre halves all over the place. I always said RS weakest asset was actually his goal scoring. His shots to goals ratio wasn't that fantastic, however his movement and work rate opened the spaces for other to create even more chances for him.
Mayenda is different, but his quick and very direct.
I know the whole coaching system is set up with a style the club wants us to play but unless Beale is able to bring in a different way to play and win games I feel we will struggle to progress.
I've never been one to criticise the way the club is set up because I think it's been ran better than it has been for years. I just think we are very close to having an amazing team if things can be finely tuned just ever so slightly

If Ba should’ve been off at half time then so should Clarke and Roberts (both playing in their preferred position and done nothing first half). He’s singled out because he’s French. It’s boring. Stayed off here today because it’s difficult to bite my tongue but it’s blatantly obvious that fans will happily appreciate certain players wasting chances ie Clarkes woeful attempt straight at their keeper when Ba had done all the work to give him the chance on a plate then chastise others for missing their chance. We’re a championship club with young players who are still developing they will miss chances it’s only normal.

The atmosphere in the ground is toxic because large sections of fans make it toxic especially where I am. Most clubs wouldn’t start boo-ing their team when they go a goal down, writing off a manager after one game and going on how some fans did yesterday it was embarrassing. Said it earlier in the season when they started chanting for Danny Bathhouse after O’nien cocked up and gave a goal away after about 15 minutes. It’s cringeworthy and people wonder why so many other clubs take the p*ss out of our fans.

The icing on the cake is the same stupid tw*ts who are booing our own players are then singing for Mowbray - who won 3 in his first 12 against Reading, Rotherham and Wigan. Incredible.

Really bad day at the office both on and off the field.

Ba should've never been dropped months ago when he was playing on the right over Roberts and we were winning games. Said it multiple times now but how is Ba meant to have any confidence at all when he gets dropped after playing well and then gets moved positions 4 times a in a month.

Jesus man! It’s nothing to do with him being French. He was very poor first half. Agreed Clarke and Roberts were, but it’s nothing to do with his nationality! He was worse than them. Not much, but he was.

As for the “openly chastising him not others”, look at the stick O’Nien gets compared to other defenders when they make mistakes. I thought Ba was poor. I didn’t blame him for that, but he wasn’t working in his position on the day and was easy to replace with what we had. Clarke and Roberts not so easy. You could’ve shifted Ba to the wing, but he’s also been pretty poor there recently. Just saying “Ba should’ve been substituted” is not singling him out, and nothing at all to do with his nationality

Absolutely agree with everything else in your post mind
