Has anything actually been said about how it ended up being a drop ball to Cardiff? It was in line with where we were sitting in the concourse but I never really saw anything

    This is purely from memory.
I think @Scout73 mentioned that he was taking a break due to other commitments.
Hopefully he will be back for the final few games.

I’d be fuming if we accepted only £10m for him mind. Treble it and we can talk!

He looked absolutely chuffed with his goal yesterday! Not saying other players aren't happy when they score but his smile was like a kid at christmas!

With the top 3 so close to each other, every game they play is massive pressure. We don’t have that currently, if we can get to within 6 points going into the international break, we might have a chance. Definite signs in the last 20 against sheff wed, and for spells yesterday, that the attack with mundle, mayenda and Isidor has that bit something we’ve missed the last few months.

International break will give our lads a breather and get some players who’ve been out closer to being up to speed.

Not at our best but good enough to win, that’ll do for me. More positives than negative, get a run going and the automatics are back on.

The lad didn't know what to do, his celebration was like a kid scoring his first goal for an under 7s team:emoticon-0140-rofl:

His first goal since 20/21 which would've been infront of no crowd, his last goal infront of fans was in 19/20!

It was great! Really refreshing, one of my irrational pet peeves is the number of players refusing to look happy when they score.

Watched the game live here. I would sum it up as a business like performance at the business end of the season. Not sure what all the criticism of Patto is all about. Young lad learning his trade that’s all it is to me. Agree with Tees would love to get Mephan signed. Seems to enjoy it with us. Great that players in the squad are getting a run out. Going into the play offs with nearly a full squad would be a huge bonus. If that happens then we would be the team to beat. Let’s focus on the top two as still all to play for!!!! HTL!!!
