When a player goes down the ref should be asking 'trainer or not' and expect an instant reply. What happens is that we get two minutes of head shaking, neck stretching and gazing blankly followed by his being helped to his feet by a team mate. They then have a chat while the referee decides where to drop the ball and who to give possession to. Then people wonder why the atmosphere, at football grounds is fading ... ... ironically we go away, play football and don't endlessly roll around making the game more exciting which creates a better atmosphere

RLB: Poveda will be out for 3-4 weeks. Maybe more. We have to manage the fatigue, we love football, if we play to our strengths we can perform to our ability. If we are focused on our game we can win, if the opponents are better than us we sometimes have to accept that. We have analysed their strengths and weaknesses but we need to focus on our strengths. We have to work hard we have to be consistent as well. It is good to have 2 good strikers with different styles, they are both hard workers and they have a good connection with the team. It is important to finish the season well, it is also good to refresh the team. It is important to maintain the level and keep the consistency For me the connection with the club is really special, for many reasons I have enjoyed the season so far We will work until the end, we are still positive and many things can happen, with still 33 points to play for.
His injuries are mad, not like he’s playing and being booted up a height, might aswell just stick him on a training programme now and re-assess in the summer, be tempted to just cut our losses personally like
Think we have to take the hit and get rid of Poveda in the summer. Horrific signing, hasn't pushed Roberts at all and is probably a big factor to why his performances haven't been good enough. Need healthy competition across the squad and we don't have that at the right wing position.

Yeah for every Cirkin there's a Poveda and I think that's a risk worth taking while we still shop in that kind of price range. But you can't stand still, cut your losses and move forward.
Well,they might have,not sure. It is a gamble that didn't pay off....don't think it's cost us a huge amount.....sometimes it happens...we have to accept it.
