Disappointing result against Blackburn but not disappointed with the team or manager.
We were the best team and were robbed.
We've showed we can compete with the best in this league.
In the past I'd of been worried about the team after that result but these lads seem to take it in their stride.

I'll take a draw with Burnley considering our striker issues but still believe we can beat them, as long as the players still believe and crack on.

The sooner we get the strikers back the better though.

As usual another top thread RTB , I think your team is not far away from the best we have available at this moment.. Tight games are practically guaranteed in this league and this will be no exception so I am going for a narrow victory but will be happy with a draw considering the opposition. We are slowly introducing the new faces through substitutions and this is a real bonus for the rest of the season. OaU.

 

I think it will be 2-1 to us, so I’m going for 2-1 to Burnley seeing as how the results are going

 

Hard to disagree with that. Makes the 3pts v Wigan all the more important

 

Not confident. Burnley to win but don't worry I've been wrong plenty of times before

Think we’ll play well again, but struggle to score as we seem to lack the final ball.

We’ll be in the game till the end but I fear a 1-2 defeat and a further slide down the league.

Really hope I’m wrong, but it’s got away win written all over it.

As you do, I had a look at the Burnley fans forum...

One thing I liked was a table showing each referee's good and bad points, for every match consistency, bonkers decisions etc and an overall assessment rating.

I guess if we did that most of ours would be zero?

 

I fancy them just because I have seen a few reports of how they play. Through friends.

Hope I am wrong.

 

Can't wait for tomorrow, still think there may be a suprise or two in our line up.

Play like we can and we shouldn't fear them

 

Having read Mowbray's comments about the likes of Ba, Michut, Bennette and Amad, I wouldn't expect them to start anytime soon as he thinks they're not totally up to speed yet for the championship

Coming up for this one with my youngest lad.
Tough game, hoping for a win but fear we may struggle.

 

I don't fear anyone in this league. We're a very decent side. A lot of our non wins have been down to poor luck. Burnley are good but they're still finding their feet under Company. Think they will get better but we"'ll be ok tomorrow. Think they have some injuries of their own.

 

Really hoping Mowbray makes a couple of changes tomorrow, but he doesn’t seem the type to take risks, so fully expecting the same line up. Very tough game, expecting similar to the Norwich game with us having chances but them nicking it. 0-1 away win unfortunately,

 

Thanks RTB another great thread,i really liked your final comments, however after reading all the comments up to now, i've gone for a loss, the refs in this league are as bad as div1, and our football is at a much higher level than any other team i've watched. What i see as our undoing is the dirty niggling fouls other teams get up and get away with, trying to stop us play. They also mix it up with a lot of time wasting when they are on the rack and we tend not to cope well with those tactics thrown at us. A firm fair ref would help mind and could be our saviour if we find one that exists in this league.

 

I'm normally pretty positive but I cant see anyway in which we win tomorrow. They are a very good side and just dont think we have enough goals in the team to beat them - really hope i'm wrong tho

Usual home game and up early excited. Should be a good game of football with two teams that like to play.

Still don't fear any team in this league, on our day we are more than a match for any of them.

Haway the lads, start fast and get that early goal

 

Hate saying this but I think we will b turned over 1-3. Obviously hope I am wrong but I think these will have a bit too much for us.
