Of the signings I'm most impressed with him and Alderete in that they are a big step up in what we have had there and were a steal in terms of cost!

Not saying the other signings are ****e or owt but these are the ones where I look and go wow what a step up!

In fact as I'm writing this I'm thinking about Reinildo looking very comfortable and a clear improvement in his first few appearances and looked excellent yesterday, Mukiele has looked class and showed a real heart to get on with it yesterday despite clearly taken a sore one to the ankle. The transfer team have hardly put a foot wrong for years now!

That cannot be right, surely. In about 130 years?

I don’t believe in “superstition” or any of that, but despite being a north stander, I wondered why we didn’t change when we moved the away fans. Attacking the away end second half was weird!

Must give the defenders in front of him loads of confidence. Good shot stopper, decent penalty saver <laugh>, commands his box and good distribution.

Well impressed with him so far.

Still seems on the low side to me when most season have at least two keepers featuring.

Sorry if this has already been mentioned but was that our 100th Premier League home win?

Isn’t it strange that if we score, the Stadium erupts and then it all goes quiet until VAR says the goal is allowed and then we celebrate all over again.
    or
Brentford’s disallowed goal where we were pissed off and then celebrating when it was cancelled by VAR.

    Double celebrations with VAR.

Because there's a few days delay, in his posts, it lends a little humour imo.

All kinds of theories on tactics, etc are put forward, by me and everyone else, some reasonable and others bizarre, mine fall into both categories!

You'll see all kinds of internet stats, pie charts, heat maps and distance summaries posted which are all fair enough ...

... personally I prefer to watch matches with my heart, not my head, but we're all different.

Then this lad comes along, spells it out quickly and with humour, then it all seems to make sense.

Footballs a simple game and I'll continue to watch it how I like it, I'll never fall for all this bollocks and new words they try to ram down your throat.

Playing on the half turn, pivot, double pivot, low block, transition haha wtf!!!:emoticon-0127-lipss

It all has it's place and makes sense ...

... but I do feel people who study things too closely are missing the point.

Music is very mathematical, and can be analysed endlessly, but the point is that it's not the point ...

... if you get my point.
