Knockfierna dosent seem to like that fence eh, only this particular fence for some reason, think that will be the last you see her at Limerick, she was getting the better of Rivage Dor for sure, but that Down In Neworleans is a really nice horse, trariner was bullshitting that he would need the run, I would have fancied Knockfierna to beat him but we will never know. She dosent owe me a penny anyway, didnt back her the last time she done it.

I don't understand it Wooly. We are led to believe that Imperial Monarch likes it soft, so he goes to Canada to run on firm going.

In the 8.04 I quite like the chances of Night Carnation and Fire Lily with slight preference for the former

In the 9.38 I'm going for Siyouma, Purely on the basis that if Elusive Kate had been running she would have been my fancy.

In the 10.44 I have finally settled for Wigmore Hall

    No idea of the odds

Lads, its been raining since late last night at Woodbine and the ground is Good To Soft, not the firm as is being reported over here. Fine for the obrien 2 miler.

Cheers Joe. I based my selections on firm going so can't be too optimistic now.

I fancy Air Support 14/1 in the race.

I'll catch the Imperial Monarch race probably. He deserves some success, really lovely horse. Shame we haven't been able to get him measured against the good 4 year olds but there we go. Is there any news on him coming back next season for a 4 year old campaign?

Boris if you do back it then check the UK exchanges mate- looks like you'll get a silly price. (e.g 38s on Betdaq at the moment)

I'd love IM to win and he has to have a chance but I don't think he's a price based on what's he achieved. Also, I don't think this is a vintage group of 3yos.

    Good work Ron <cheers>

    Hard luck Wooly.

Is the draw a concern for IM? Same sort of draw happened to Havant in the fillies race and she was literally never in contention despite Dettoris best efforts.

I really think Reliable Man is a class above these. Have had a poor weekend though.
