Hi, Ron. So you've got 5 bolts in your leg and I've got three in my neck and a metal knee. We'll have to make sure we don't meet up in a magnet factory! Otherwise, I'm not too bad, Ron, thank you. I watched all three sporting events today and thought they were all great, but for me the Tour De France stage shaded it from Wimbledon and Silverstone. It was superb! Some of the best Sunday TV sports viewing ever!

Ron, titanium's quite pricey- I've got some in my knee. It's funny but the airport security always picks up my knee but it's only one out of five with the bolts and plate in my neck. So how good is it? Cremation's no good Ron- they'd probably reuse the coffin and then get the Hoover out if the urn tips up on the floor! The worms can have me when I'm gone, although they won't find it easy to bite through all that rust.
