Engai each way 7/1 in the last at Plumpton. The run LTO gives it a decent chance off this mark.

Shocking race the last Bob. Minimal EW on NEMO SPIRIT for me although hails from a yard that dont have too many winners.

Anyone want to lay me odds on his stable mate, Sacrilege, starting?

If you ever get a really bored five minutes again watch that last race at Plumpton again and keep an eye on the grey horse the whole way! Talk about non-trier!!!

Superb by Josh Moore to stay on board as he really clouted a few but the form line through Pete The Feat proved accurate and he won with all manner in hand. Happily I placed an SP bet and got 6/1 <cracker>

Thanks for the kind words Danbo & Dex <ok> and well done Ron !

Well done those on Salden Licht - Vulcanite found absolutely nothing and hopefully it was ground/weight related and nothing else. Disappointing run.

Dex - don't know what el dia de reyes means, but in Barcelona it looks like "El Servicio Normale" - 3-0 Barca after 26 mins <yikes>

Interesting Dex, learn something new everyday!

I should point out, he didnt phone to tell me about the horse! If it was anyone else who answered he probably wouldnt have mentioned racing.

I was reading the other day odddy that as part of EVERY La Liga player's contract there HAS to be a release clause value. Rumour is that the Russian billionaire club Anzhi offered 230 million euros for him which triggered the clause but Messi said he wasnt interested. Only one player in Spain has a higher release clause, I am sure you can work out who!

What I like about Messi is that he just seems a nice guy - not big-headed, a team player and never any "negative headlines". An all-round good egg.

I must say stick, I've never heard of Anzhi and quite frankly, I take a perverse delight in people telling the Russians to stick their money up their arses <laugh>
