Now you mention it ........... but French horses were never on my radar - I always took the assumption that British was best :)

Hot Snap now 11-4 with Real Bets - if anyone has an account with them. 9-4 elsewhere.

What A Name is the one for me in the 1,000 Guineas. Same trainer as Makfi who won 2,000 Guineas in 2010.

What a Name is a picture. Hot Snap apparently looking not so forward in her coat and getting warm between the legs. Just the Judge not into summer coat yet and has been clipped. Trainer concerned that race may be a couple of weeks too soon for his filly Rasmeyaa.

What A Name. <doh> Knew it wouldn't win after I said it would!

Well done to connections of Sky Lantern - Richard Hughes first classic winner.

Moth gave me an ew profit so can't complain, but didn't get the best of runs and was switched between horses in the last furlong, finishing best at the line.

Definitely one to consider for the Oaks.

with Dank and Sky Lantern winning--i have a nice treble going on to Vanity Rules in the 5 00-- now the greed in me considers backing some of the dangers-- but as ever they are more apparent the more you look-- Lady Nouf surely is better than shown last time out--where Hot Snap beat Sky Lantern, cecil has a line on all these runners, so Magic of reality may be the biggest fly-- or even becket's nag........decisions.....
