Just watched that race from Limerick where Geraghty got his ban ....................... well deserved I reckon, joke of a race and all of those behind should be ashamed of themselves. The winner wasn't even setting blistering fractions, was just hacking along. Fecking ridiculous.

To be fair Oddy Yuvraj knocked Broad out of the park six times in one over not so long ago in a match no less relevant,but I agree that Stokes was mindless today.

This guy has a short fuse and can't control himself.

Some of his "banter" has led to fines and has been frankly discusting.
 
Only needed a bit of wit and guile in that final over Dex ............................. Shane Warne would've got the match won alright <ok>

Precisely. He should have been bowling full length on their toes so they could not blast them in to the stands. Just how stupid are cricketers? T20 (IPL etc) is just who can hit the most sixes so I will still prefer Test cricket.

Root could not bowl because he had already used up his allowance. If England had won he would have been man-of-the-match with 54 batting and both of the openers bowling.

Thats bollocks QM, Root only bowled the one over...over two.
Did so purely to see if they could get Gayle to try and hit him out of the park before getting his eye in.....worked a treat too!

Let us have an official bollocks contest, as I watched the game in the pub...

I was wrong, Root could have bowled again, but since his one over went for nine runs as well as two wickets (both openers) would you have bowled him? Stokes bowled moronically. It would have been a gamble with Root but since most of England’s batting order (except Root) had failed abysmally would you risk the WI getting a single and then Samuels vs Root?

The team that had the best tactics/captain won.

He got the harder division by the look of it but surely should be going close if Charlie has him in good knick. Definitely is a nice price <ok>

I know a bit about it but a mate is very into it. AJ Styles to beat Chris Jericho @ 5/2 at Skybet is a extremely generous price. Jericho is a part time performer and has put over talent before when decides to disappear again for a while.

Decent points from Stick and QM but bowling full and straight doesn't work all the time.

A half volley or full toss gift is as likely if the delivery is not applied by an expert.

I alluded to Youvraj Singh knocking Broad for 6x6 and a few of those deliveries were yorked.

We actually did well bowling full and wide of off peg in the semi since most boundry shots are heaved in the leg side.

We have spinners who don't spin,the rejects from Pakistan and India,and only glean wickets when caught in the deep off a **** ball they have delivered.

Captains in this form of the game are titular and nothing more,ergo apportioning blame on them is a little harsh.

The last post I made on Cricket was to praise our keeper JB but that claim of a catch today was a disgrace...the glance he threw knew he hadn't and anyone who has played cricket knows when you have bagged one or whether it is short.

I think Kane in the battle royal @ 6's is a bit of value! Also from what I have read Shane is only contracted to the end of wrestlemania so I know his price reflects it but undertaker is unbeatable
