Paddy Brennan is in awesome form, the way he taught Imperial Alcazar about the game without going overboard was brilliant, glad he got up (obviously) but even if he'd got short headed, that would have been a really good ride. Surely will improve again for that, whilst the Evan Williams horse looks one for novice chases already! That thing in third was very eyecatching (unfortunately most will have seen that though)

Ste, have you seen the jumper that Cobain wore for the Unplugged set has just gone for $334,000, or £260,000...!!!!

Backed it last night at a silly price and didn't want to put the mockers on him by putting him on here. So unlucky as he jumped the fence perfectly but just didn't get balanced on landing. He is some looker isn't he!

That was a shambles of a race, taking out the last three fences made it into a completely different test. I don't get why courses aren't moving the big chases to the beginning of the card a day or two before the race if the forecast is showing sunshine and the course has a history of these races being run with fences omitted.

I was thinking more Monet's Garden but yes, it was lovely to see a grey horse jumping well in a prominent position.
