    Reading the news after the fact (when else could you?):

    Minding sustained an injury at the start of the Irish 1000 Guineas banging her head against the stalls but the target is still The Oaks.

    Fascinating Rock is being trained for the Irish Champion Stakes and the Arc, so do not back him for Royal Ascot.

    Awtaad (yesterday) is going to the St James’s Palace Stakes at Royal Ascot.
