Oscars Well will smash Baily Green Boris running for cover when Captain Conan laughs at Sire De Grugy as well boring picks but two singles and a double on the two as my first bets today
Baily will jump the life out of Oscar Wells, probably the best jumper of a fence in Ireland, just steps over them, makes ground at every fence, they wont see what way he went these novices, Oscars Wells and Jenari are never chasers, they will get jumped to death here. 9/2 Baily Green is a must bet Captain Conan is a plodder, will get turned over today when fav, bookie hype horse, big and slow, Sire De Grugy will destroy it on that ground.
Don't think it's funny to laugh when a horse falls Boris poor form. I had him 4/5 with Captain Conan. Need the giant to win now
race too many a hink, knew that was the only danger jenari and oscars well arent chasers, i knew, now you all know brilliant ride from walsh to be fair, wasnt going to let Baily Green dictate, the other two were outclassed after 200 yards
seen the horse jump up fine RV wasnt laughing at the fall, was laughing at the price which was a complete farce
lovely pictures of captain conan and sire du grugy pinging the last together at cheltenham, before fighting it out. what jump racing is all about.
Impressed with his jumping, impressed he managed to travel so well and he picked up really nicely with minimum of fuss after the last. I suspect in a proper good Arkle though, he might just lack the acceleration because it is flat out usually. That said, the fact he has run well in Grade One Novice hurdles over 2m and has won a 2m Cheltenham chase on debut without really being given a hard race will certainly stand him in excellent stead if he goes up to 2 and a half miles. He reminded me a lot of Sir Des Champs there- big, does everything quite lazily with that big stride, and responds when asked. He would be a very interesting Jewson horse this year and I know this is a big statement, but I think he is to be moulded into a Gold Cup staying chaser. He is powerful, has the stride, is beautifully relaxed- hopefully he has a nice future.
I see the Irish are at it again RV - Their Sunday punting needs a Panorama investigation it really does!
Backed Fernando Alonso at 20/1 as well as the Jenson Button bet I placed earlier. Have you seen that US Circuit? Its absolutely mental. Hoping Persian Snow improves for the trip next at Cheltenham
