The funny thing is DK is that no 3 yo colt race is going to have form which can't be portrayed in a bad light by using selective form lines, something at which you're very capable of doing to knock horses you don't like winning (usually O'Brien ones). The reason being they simply aren't a good bunch so no race will have bombproof form.
Interestingly after today's race, you immediately commented something simply to the effect 'woah, that was impressive' but then edited it very quickly to put a hugely different light on it by adding a 'Grade 1 horse beating Grade 3 horses'. So clearly you were impressed but already thinking ahead to start quashing the form, you didn't like the result of. Your speciality
In contrast after the English Guineas I think your next post basically was 'worst Guineas winner ever' or very similar words to that effect. I can't be arsed trawling back through threads to quote you! But today, the tune has changed slightly to it being a better race than the French equivalent and you now in fact prefer the 'worst ever Guineas winner' against a horse the bookies have been uber impressed with, as has the general racing public but funnily you have done your usual pre race preamble of rewriting history and stating he beat plodders.... Funnily enough you mentioned 2 before the race, but left out the 'plodder' description... Now, again, I wonder had the O'Brien horse not won and instead one of the two you mentioned beforehand (who became plodders post race remember) would you be singing a different tune. I've a hunch I think I know the answer to that

I wasnt to know they were plodders before the race, but it has become quite apparent.
It was the worst Guineas ive seen, and yesterdays is the worst French Guineas ive seen. The winners of both are good horses, and the second at Newmarket is a good horse but overall, they are the worst renewals ive seen, and the Newmarket race was stronger than the French, the 2nd tells you that right away.
So are you suggesting The Ghurka beat Group 1 horses then? I think my statement of Group 1 horse against Group 3 horses is accurate, Zarak maybe G2 level once stepped up in trip.

But seriously your probably not far off. If one or two had come out of the pack it could be taken seriously but they all just finished in a heap. It's always hard to judge without any top class two year old.
