Well i'm effing devastated. City deserve to win the league. They beat us home and away and have played some good stuff this season. Still, It shows how much of a force of nature Sir Alex is to drive this squad (our worst since the 2004 debacle) that's had a number of injuries to key players to within a minute of winning the title. How do you pick up players and dust them off after that? Can quite easily see a few of them broken mentally after today. To top it off I wanted to back the Lavelle winner Tim The Chair at Uttoxeter but didn't have time/concentration to look through the cards and find what race he was in after a quick glance last night. Now I know how the Munich fans felt like in 1999 and it's not a nice experience. and of course, Paddy Kenny is a joke.

Anyone think Van Persie would be crazy to stay at Arsenal? He's 29. Won't even compete for the league let alone win it. Won't compete for a Champions League spot and will most likely earn 25% less at Arsenal than at any one of a number of clubs who would love to have him. For my money if he resigns with Arsenal he's doing a Le Tissier and wasting what should be a successful final 5 years of a stop start and generally underachieving career.
