PSG turning down £189m only to lose the player for free in 4 months time, when he signs a pre-contract agreement.

No doubt Khalaifa will have FIFA change the rules in the meantime.

Was on between £10 000 and £20,000 per year for several years before they won the league.
Geezer was on approx £2m per year (£40,000 per week)...would have earned £10m if he'd stayed...and played regularly.
That's ignoring bonuses, sponsorships and endorsements.
Surely that is enough for him and his family?

Okay, I'm a reasonable man.

Let's keep everything else as it is and add two chow mien pot noodles to the list instead.

The guy doubled at least that and added signing bonus etc. You do what you feel is right. Easy for me or you to say he should have stayed etc, but he lives a better life and at least gave it a go stepping up

He was never going to make it at Chelsea...he effectively killed his career.
He was already beyond minted but like you said, none of my business.
