Summer Transfers

Slightky different the money malky can spend is capped at 40% of transfer revenue- it doesnt guarentee any money be spent, just caps the maximum ubtil bonds are paid

 

That at least is slightly positive news though - I feared we might have no money to spend

 

There will be a transfer budget ,but Uncle Baz wasnt giving any figures! In fact all I got from him was what a fantastic club this is and a regurgitation of the stuff that was in the wobby and the original statement!
What a wideboy he gives the impression of being! Still not a lot we can do now but hope and see how things pan out!

 

Id like to see us go for Dean Cox - great little winger (literally) whos very much affordable and is playing relatively locally over at Leyton Orient. Him and Buckley on the wings with Cowie in behind Graham (or whoever replaces DG) would be fantastic. A left-back is the obvious necessity, but beyond Andrew Taylor - who will probably sign a new contract at Boro - no realistic targets immediately spring to mind.
